Donald J. Chewning
Attorney Don Chewning focuses his practice primarily on representing Social Security disability claimants. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A. with highest honors) and Marquette University Law School (J.D. summa cum laude), Attorney Chewning began his legal career by clerking for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Attorney Chewning has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Manitowoc County Bar Association and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He has been elected by his peers to serve on the Wisconsin State Bar Board of Governors, where he represents the attorneys of Manitowoc, Door, Sheboygan, Calumet and Kewaunee counties. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa
Timothy P. Geary
In addition to Social Security disability, Attorney Tim Geary focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense and personal injury. A graduate of Ohio Northern School of Law (J.D. 1995) and Denison University (B.A. History 1992), Attorney Geary began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney and eventually moved into private practice. Tim has tried over 30 criminal and civil jury trials and enjoys both the competitive aspect of our adversarial legal system and the opportunity to help people with their legal problems on a day to day basis. He is also an active member of the Two Rivers Lions Club.
J. Steve Winter
Attorney J. Steve Winter practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, real estate, and bankruptcy. Attorney Winter graduated from the University Wisconsin – Madison receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree in 1963 and Juris Doctorate in 1966. Attorney Winter is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Manitowoc County Bar Association. He has also been providing pro bono legal services through local senior centers for over 15 years.
